Information on the collection of personal data
Below we provide information on the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use
When you visit our website www.waldhausquartier.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.
The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. We also use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. Cooperation with third parties and processors
Data is only passed on within the framework of existing laws. If we disclose data to third parties as part of our processing, this is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR, e.g. on the basis of our legitimate interests when using web hosts etc. (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). In addition, data may be transferred to third parties if you have given your consent or if a legal obligation provides for the transfer. If we commission service providers to process data on the basis of a so-called "order processing contract", this is done on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR.
Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device and do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware. Analysis tools
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we aim to design our website in line with requirements and to continuously optimize it. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as "Google") for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our pages to meet your needs. In this context, pseudonymized user profiles are created and cookies (see section 4) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Use of Google web fonts
We use so-called web fonts from Google (www.google.com/webfonts/) to display the font on our website. For this purpose, your browser loads the required web font into your browser cache when you access our website. This is necessary so that your browser can also display a visually improved presentation of our texts. Integration of YouTube videos
We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering, which are stored on www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in "extended data protection mode", i.e. no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned in paragraph 2 be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.
By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under § 2 of this declaration is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw this at any time. Such a revocation affects the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have given it to us.
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising.

Data security
We use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties.
